Camper Looking Great !

Over the last five years the GalleryRally has raised more than £200,000 for charity with £140,000 of which for Jersey Hospice Care. This year 100% of our fundraising will be going the Jersey Hospice Care. We will be hoping to make this year the best yet and raise more than ever for one of the island’s best-loved charities. The Hospice is a specialist palliative nursing service, providing holistic care for cancer and motor neurone disease patients.

What’s the schedule?
The rally is in June each year and this year will run from the 7th – 1oth June. After a breakfast kindly donated by our hotel sponsor, rally participants and their vehicles will go under our starters’ arch and head for the boat to St Malo. Once you board your four-day treasure hunt begins, finishing in 5 star splendour in the glamour of our destination city for a gala dinner.

What will we be doing?
Each day, competitors will be given a sheet of cryptic clues that they must solve to find out where they are going next. They will also need to find some piece of information in each location before they can move on to the next destination.  All the contestants meet up each evening in a designated hotel for dinner and a chance to swap stories and adventures over good food and wine.

To the victors…..?
The ralleryrally is more about the taking part but winning is a reward in itself. In previous years winners returned their prizes but, never the less, our organiser provides a selection of wonderous tokens for our competitors; not only the winners but an award for the team that embraces the spirit of the rally and the best fundraisers.

Raising your sponsorship
This is a charity event so get fundraising! A contribution of £500 per participant must be raised in sponsorship for Jersey Hospice Care (£1000 per car). You’ve got a full eight months to fundraise (easy! a good cakesale should do it!). Some fundraisers consistently go above and beyond this figure with last year’s fundraising prizewinners raising more than £10000. All funds raised are charitable donations and the organiser, Focus 12 (a UK charity) receives a fee for from the entry fee for organising the event.
