Annual tax on enveloped dwellings (ATED)
We have been looking after tax matters for companies that own UK residential property since the ATED legislation came into force in 2012.
With a wealth of experience and highly competitive fees, we are perfectly placed to assist your clients with ATED RDR, ATED CGT, NR CGT and new CGT legislation to ensure that deadlines are not missed.
Stockpiled gains and relevant income
Our experienced team have been looking after UK capital gains tax matters for non UK resident trust structures for many years. There has been a number of changes in legislation over the years so it is important to be able to rely on a provider with the expertise to complete the capital gains tax reporting and relevant income reporting correctly and efficiently.
Trust and estate income tax returns
We pride ourselves on competitive fees to assist clients with the UK income tax reporting requirements for non UK resident trusts. We can also provide tax credit details in respect of income distributions made to UK resident beneficiaries/life tenants.
Inheritance Tax (IHT) returns
There has been a significant increase in required IHT returns since the changes in legislation caught out a lot of UK resident trusts owning UK residential property through an underlying company. We can assist with the completion of the ten year charge return (IHT100) at very competitive prices.
UK rental property – corporate, trust or individual
We apply for the non-resident landlord scheme and complete the annual UK income tax returns on your clients’ behalf. Our team can also advise on UK income tax due on the net rental income earned, capital gains tax (CGT) implications of selling UK property as well as prepare non-resident capital gains tax returns and advise on potential CGT liabilities.
We have been providing VAT registration, de-registration, quarterly or monthly VAT return services to intermediaries for a number of years. The experience we have built up means that we are able to provide a high quality service in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Does your client know that the non-UK resident company income tax form (SA700) will shortly be abolished and replaced by a requirement to complete corporation tax returns instead?
What about the fact that financial statements will need to be iXBRL tagged and submitted online along with the corporation tax return.
If not, get in touch. We have the systems in place ready for these changes.
